James Natale is a Senior Corporate Vice President for C. R. Bard, Inc.  After fifteen years at Johnson & Johnson, he joined C. R. Bard in 1994 to create and develop Corporate Healthcare Services.  In addition to his role as President, Corporate Healthcare Services, Jim was elected a Corporate Officer in 1996, and promoted to Senior Vice President in 2003.

During his career with Johnson & Johnson, Jim held numerous sales and marketing positions of increasing responsibility. The last position he held at Johnson & Johnson was Vice President, Corporate Accounts for Johnson & Johnson Hospital Services.

Jim is a graduate from Millersville University and holds a Masters degree from Villanova University.
