Todd C. Schermerhorn
Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer

Todd C. Schermerhorn, Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of C. R. Bard, Inc. joined the company in 1985 as a financial analyst. He has held a succession of financial management positions including Controller of the Vascular Systems Division, Vice President and Controller of the USCI Division, and Vice President and Group Controller-Cardiology.

Before being appointed to his current position in April 2003, he served as Vice President and Treasurer of Bard. He received a B.S. in Accounting from the University of Lowell, an MBA from Babson College, and has earned the designation Certified Management Accountant.

He serves as a Trustee of Somerset Medicine Center in Somerville, NJ.  He is a member of Financial Executives International, the Institute of Management Accountants, and the Association for Financial Professionals.
